At ClaimProHQ, we are committed to providing contractors with high-quality insurance supplement services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and communication with carriers, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.

 

1. Service Fees

All service fees are agreed upon before work begins. By engaging ClaimProHQ, you acknowledge that fees are based on the time, effort, and expertise required to prepare and manage your supplement.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If services have not yet begun after payment.

  • If there is a clear billing error (e.g., duplicate charge).

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Because supplement preparation involves immediate allocation of resources, the following are non-refundable:

  • Completed services (claim reviews, supplement preparation, carrier correspondence).

  • Outcomes where the insurance carrier denies or partially approves a claim (since final decisions are beyond ClaimProHQ’s control).

  • Client cancellation after work has already started.

 

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us at info@claimprohq.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and attempt to resolve the issue fairly, which may include service credits or adjustments instead of refunds.

 

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
